HHH Exclusive: Jaime Jaquez Jr. is ready for the new Call of Duty: Black Ops 6

The new Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 will be released this Friday, October 25, and Miami HEAT second-year forward Jaime Jaquez Jr. is one of the many NBA players, among the many, many more gamers worldwide, who cannot wait for it to come out.

So much so that Jaime took some time between preparations for the new NBA season to chat with Hot Hot Hoops about the new game and its mass appeal among players, fans and everyone else.

“I think there’s so many things that make it so much fun, man,” JJJ said. “I remember growing up playing Zombies (game mode) with all my friends. The war zone feature is also very cool as well. Overall it’s a great game.”

I had to ask Jaime what his favorite game of the series is.

“Black Ops 2 is probably my favorite one,” he said. “But I’ve obviously seen the new clips and it looks great. The (omni) movement looks incredible. I’m really excited about that and I can’t wait to get all my guys to hop on.”

It may come as a surprise to some, but Jaime lists Nikola Jovic as the one HEAT teammate who is really into COD as well, to the point that he takes the game on the road – though Jaime says he hasn’t brought his Playstation himself on any NBA road trip.

Check out the full interview with Jaime below and make sure to grab your copy of Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 available on all major platforms when Activision releases it globally on Friday, October 25.
