Yes, now it can be said. We never had enough, never. And as Jimmy lost a step, he realized we were not going to win anything here. But, not to exonerate JB as the biggest mistake Pat made, was because he listened to Jimmy. I know it’s just speculation, but I always thought that if we could go back in time and get an A- player instead of Lowry, we would be flying another banner. Jimmy was that good back then.

Ty has been exposed. He’s a sixth man on a good team, a Pat Prichard or Ty Jerome, not even an Austin Reaves. And don’t fall for Jovic’s good showing or JJJ’s last game of the regular season either, or HH.’s occasional flashes. Or Slo Mo either. Our core is Bam, Ware (if he improves, which is likely), Mitchell, and Wiggins as a rotation player. Thats it. When we play good teams you learn the truth.

Jaquez may stink, but he’s 24, on a rookie deal. Wiggins is 30, not much upside there. Wiggins from the finals like 5 years ago ain’t coming back. There’s a reason he was -75 in his minutes with GSW. There’s a reason they gave him away. He’s garbage at this point.

Kinda think you’re dreaming. Pat’s set this franchise back years over the last four or so seasons (Duncan contract, Lowry trade, Rozier trade, Wiggins trade). Would have been worlds better to just let Lowry walk (or you know sign someone under 100). Would have been worlds better to let Jimmy sit the year and walk for a new contract with his opt out. Or trade Jimmy for expiring contracts.
No draft capital. No cap room. No real desirable assets…long couple years

Miami is missing a MVP, not another mid level piece. You aren’t likely to draft a MVP at 20. You can’t sign a mvp with no cap room. Maybe you can trade for one, but you’ll gut your roster, future picks, to have a Milwaukee bucks situation.

You wanted these extra games. I don’t know how you could possibly enjoy any of these games . A number of us saw this coming before the end of the regular season. We knew this was not really a team that could compete with the best teams. That very minor 6 game winning streak is a distant memory. I don’t hate the team. It is what it is. Have to see what we can do in the off-season. What is done is done.
