Basketball is back!
The Miami Heat officially tip off their 2026 preseason tonight, taking on the Toronto Raptors at Videotron Centre in Québec City — and all eyes will be on the first look at Miami’s completely revamped roster.
Giannis Antetokounmpo is expected to make his Heat debut alongside Bam Adebayo, while Klay Thompson, Andrew Wiggins and Davion Mitchell round out Miami’s projected starting five. Of course, it’s only the preseason, so expect Erik Spoelstra to spread the minutes around and give plenty of the younger players and training camp hopefuls an opportunity as the night goes on.
The Heat and Raptors are playing in Québec City as part of the NBA Canada Games, with tipoff at 7 p.m. ET. It’s the first NBA game ever played in Québec City.
For the first time since Miami’s blockbuster offseason, though, we’ll finally get to see this new-look Heat team on the floor against another NBA opponent, even if it won’t be for much of the game itself with it being preseason and all.

Yes, AT&T carries WPLG (Local 10) in Hollywood, Florida.
On AT&T U-verse, WPLG can be found on Channel 10 for Standard Definition (SD) and Channel 1010 for High Definition (HD)
if you’re not finding it, call AT&T customer service. It should be there somewhere.

we know what we have in greek bam wigg port still in their prime.pelle how good is he.what does klay have left?can dav score 12 -15 pts can jovic not be he worst player in nba?can gard realize this is not the ufc .lots of ? marks lets home theyre all answered correctly
Hardaway Jnr was impressive. I wish I saw more of Klay. He was open for most times but never got the ball.
Did Jovic shoot well? No. But he ended 11/7/4 and 2 blocks. Most rebounds. Finally showed some signs of life. If he averages 11/7/4, I’d say it was a step in the right direction. Worst in the league? Getting a solid jump on your hating.
Wow Heat basketball is back! But can’t watch here lol. Will just wait for the highlights. Hows it look boys?
Typical. Some very good, some sloppiness.
with the #1 pick in the nfl draft the miami dolphins select darian mensah
Unless Toney is there
jermiah smith they say rc
Gardner is like a Tasmanian Devil. Needs to work on bringing his aggression under control When he does he’ll be hell. Team has good depth. Glad the young guys are seeing playing time.
Pelle and Wiggins are looking good to go. Team’flow in 3rd quarter sucks. Team can definitely use a good back-up PG.
Tre is looking pretty good
Yup. A lot of positive for first game. Not exactly a well oiled machine…yet
that will come id prefer him minutos over jovic
Kind of early to be writing off Niko. After all, that is a $62.4M investment you’re talking about. This is the time to play him. If he can’t cut it now, why would you ever give him a chance during the regular season?
Looking a little ragged. The second unit and young guys are looking good. Nice block Niko.
This away, that away, Hardaway!
41 burger in the first quarter of the pre season. Maybe the offensive concerns are over blown? Lot of open threes.
fkn cant get game wtf
I am on a different system, but here Heat is on 10, Canes on 3.
