Tbh, I don’t see the direction where this team wants to go. So far it seems we are headed nowhere (to mediocrity).
Maybe with Jimmy we would have won this one. Maybe. I am not so sure.
Tyler has been so good this season, the rest quite the opposite. This team really needs changes to be made.

Correct. More is needed. They should be playing Ware no less than 20-25 minutes a game. Start giving spot minutes to Keshad. Burks should get 25 minutes a game too.

Ware slow getting back on defense
Heat should definitely re-sign Burks after this season. Really solid backup who can also start. Very high bb IQ.
