It was a pretty good game but the Heat just aren’t quite good enough this year. I know we all want to buy in and believe, but there is a lot of evidence to the contrary. Just kick back, smoke em if you got em, or pour yourself a tall one, and enjoy the playin. And then watch on draft night too when we pick up two players who could raise us into contention. Don’t feel sad, rest easy, and like Eric says, keep your chin up Heat nation.

Baloney. On any given night, a secondary player can have a career game. It seems like T J McConnell does that to us every time. And an indictment of a player who scored 30 points on 50% shooting? Doesn’t hold water.

That is accurate at the moment. But Vuc was a pretty bad 3 point shooter in his early years, sometimes in the 20s or low 30s. Last 10 games, Bam is over 50% on 3s. It’s become a a valuable new part of his game. I think he can average 38-40%.

This game is very instructive. Some of the calculus we use to understand everything is simplistic. Giddy is at least as good as Ty, both on the perimeter of all star level, low A to high A- players.
