Good comments. I agree with all but Jimmy. He can’t attack the basket as readily like he used to. It’s not by choice he isn’t shooting as much, it’s cause they double him and it stops him a little now.
I also am wondering about Caleb. We have not seen the player that won us game seven against the Celtics. Not sure why.
Most of all, I agree about the trades. I know it’s wrong to say this but I don’t give a crap about 2026. I want to win now. I believe that one good two way player, a Murray or Rozier or the equivalent (but no need for a whale), and good health, and we are good enough to compete with the best.

Shameful loss on ud night smh. This loss on spo, Lowry was trash, but getting all those minutes in the 4th smh. We need to make a trade and Lowry has to be in it. Losing to a Trae less hawks was terrible.

That is entirely untrue. Developing players, reviewing film with players, drawing up plays. As has been shown, the coach calls 50-70% of all plays via hand signals. And more.
Spo was the reason for this awful loss tonight. But, try as you might to make your opinion a fact, it doesn’t work for anyone that understands the game and coaching.
I agree. JJJ would have helped in this game, but not Toronto. We are barely an above .500 team, and that’s fully healthy. And no one is fully healthy this time of year or later. Don’t want to alienate anyone, but our relative strength should be clear to everyone now.
You are right. We lost to a below average team. And , you are right to point at Lowry. He is our weak link, and he gets PT like he is a contributor. HFL deserves credit for his nickname Turtle. Fits him well. The trade for Lowry has been a disaster.

We would not have been worse off if we kept them. And it would’ve cost less.
It’s the salary, not the players. He makes an outrageous amount and is untradeable. He has no value except as a salary throwaway, but he kept us from making moves to get guys who would have helped. And, IMHO, Precious would have helped more, not much more, but Lowry has helped that little. I thought he was a mistake from the day we acquired him. I turned off when he missed all those games for personal reasons.

Lowry is waste of space, he barely shoots, and doesn’t provide nothing offensively. That trade wasn’t good, and he needs to be TRADED….pathetic night from as always.

That might be right. But, not by much. Murray shot 9-22. Then again, a player who can make a last second shot is very valuable. It separates the very good from the good.

If they want, as has been reported, 2 first round picks and a player or 2 (Lowry for cap relief + Jovic. Or Duncan), the Heat should do it. Murray is the equivalent of a first round pick in the 10-15 range, and can give you at least 5 good years. As opposed to the Lowry contract that I was against from the beginning.
I agree. They will ask a lot. I think most of us can agree, JJJ absence can’t be used to forgive the last two games and the Heat doesn’t have enough. If they want to win now, they have to mortgage the future. They will ask for one player, maybe Jovic or HH, but they will want two firsts. And, if we want to win now, we have to do it.
