The Hornets will either trade Hayward or agree to a buyout agreement with him.”
To pick up Hayward on the cheap would be a great opportunity for the Heat! There is no downside, no future obligation.
He’s again recovering from an injury, so he’d have to pass a physical. I know he’s been injured often, but if healthy, he could help the team.
So is he starting or would he be our 6th man?
I think at least at first, he could come off the bench.
I like Terry’s effort even if same fgas as Tyler but “only” 13pts. The skill is still there really hoping the shots will fall besides the other stats he’s already doing
I believe Terry”s offense will come eventually as long as he does not see himself as coming in to the lead the calvary. He has improved in his assists to other players which initially was one sided…. Butler being the main benefactor. In the past few games, he has become comfortable moving the ball around, as he sees and understands the skill set of other players. I want to see more off the ball movement from him, so he can get easier looks and get some great passes from his new team mates. For the time being, I am not pissed off with his misses in offense, I am cutting him some slack there and also on his defense.
I agree. He was not coming here to be Wade, but, rather, another complimentary piece. It’s been a bit of a tease so far, but one feels he’s going to go for 30 every now and again. My guideline that I look for is 15/7. He gives us quickness we haven’t had for quite some time. He’s a better defender than I expected. At 6’1”, he’s at a disadvantage at times, but he uses that quickness to keep up with his opponents. And his assist to turnover ratio so far has been phenomenal! He has a pass first approach. So far, so good.
I agree but not so much on defense. In the games against the Kings,Suns and Orlando their guards blew past him easily. I am not so worried though because with time his new team mates will understand his strengths and weaknesses as he does them, and will provide help defense when needed.
Well. According to others, Rozier’s defensive rating is comparable to Trae Young. So below average but will probably improve more within the Heat’s System. So like what others said. As long as he can contribute with the offense tremendously then i am all good.
