GAME PREVIEW: Heat to play the Cleveland Cavaliers for the second time in three games

The last time the Heat played the Cleveland Cavs, Terry Rozier was the hero of the night.

Game story:

The last Miami Heat game featured a disheartening blow out loss where the New Orleans Pelicans ran the Heat off their own floor. Miami dropped to 38-32 on the season and still remained the seventh seed, but now there is more separation with the sixth seed. The Heat are now 1.5 games back of avoiding the NBA play-in round.

They will face a familiar foe tonight in hopes to bounce back with the Cleveland Cavaliers set to arrive at the Kaseya Center. Miami will look to improve their rough home season record, as this is the second matchup of the four-game home-stand.

The shorthanded Heat handed the Cavs a loss in Cleveland on Wednesday night. It was a game that featured Terry Rozier and Jimmy Butler step up big time in the clutch. Butler finished with a team high 30 points as Rozier added 24 points on 50% shooting and five 3-point makes. Two of them were dagger threes in the closing minute, including a four-point play.

The entire team is banged up, as Caleb Martin and Jaime Jaquez Jr both found themselves on the injury report. They are listed as questionable heading into tonight after they combined to shoot 1/15 from the floor in the last game. The Cavs are still without Donovan Mitchell, Max Strus and Dean Wade, but their big man Evan Mobley was upgraded to questionable.

Tonight’s game will tip off at 6:00 PM EST on Bally Sports Florida.

Hello, board games lover, I would like to suggest my favorite online ludo application named Ludo Rivals, They shifted to online platforms to the next level and also made it possible to play anytime, anywhere, without the requirement for physical boards or the presence of all players in one area.

Evan Mobley is expected to return to the Cleveland Cavaliers’ lineup tonight against the Miami Heat. Mobley has been sidelined with a left ankle sprain since early March.
