We are mere days away from the 2024 NBA Draft. But that also means that Summer League is on the way!

The Miami Heat will once again be participating in the California Classic Summer League this year, the league announced Monday. It was reported last month that the event will be played in both Sacramento and San Francisco this year, after previously being held inside mainly Golden 1 Center in Sacramento (outside of 2022).

The Heat will play all three of their games in San Francisco inside Chase Center against the Warriors, Kings and Los Angeles Lakers, which will take place on July 6, 7 and 10. Their opener will be against Golden State on Saturday, July 6 at 6:30 p.m. EST.

Miami will then play the Kings on Sunday at 4:30 p.m. EST followed by the Los Angeles Lakers at 7:00 p.m. EST on July 10. Though the latter will be a “private television broadcast” and not open to the public, per the press release.

This will be the sixth annual California Classic Summer League. The Las Vegas Summer League, which will feature all 30 teams, will be played from June 12-22. That schedule is expected to be announced at a later date.
