Miami announced Ware’s signing shortly after it announced the three two-ways.
Despite the NBA’s official 2024-25 salary cap year-to-year increase dipped from 3.7 percent to 3.3 percent, Ware’s rookie scale salary remains fairly similar. He will make $4.2 million as a rookie, followed by 4.4M, 4.7M (team option and $7.1M (TO) through 2027-28.
According to Michael Scotto of HoopsHype, the Heat signed second-round rookie Pelle Larsson to a three-year, $5.4 million–with partial guarantees in his second season and a team option in his third. The No. 44 pick becomes the first player of the 2024 class to sign a guaranteed contract.
Pelle Larsson’s deal is fully guaranteed Year 1, includes a substantial guarantee Year 2, and has a team option in Year 3 with the Miami Heat, league sources told @hoopshype.

According to Heat insider Anthony Chiang of the Miami Herald, they are using their second-round exception with a starting salary of $1.16 million, the rookie minimum for 2024-25. The full guarantees of his final two years will be for roughly $2.0 million and $2.3 million, respectively.
Starting salary is the rookie minimum for Larsson of about $1.2 million. https://t.co/JdddJUiEWQ
