Hola heat for life and Bout30man. Have you taken a look at the box score. Hassan Whiteside had 66 points. Bam 8 points, Rozier 7 points, Butler 6 points, Highsmith 5 points, Ware 4 points, Burks 2 points (32 points total). This was against a bottom tier team with 7 players out.
Jimmy wasn’t even trying to be aggressive in the first half. Two shots? WTF? He can’t pick and choose when he wants to play hard and when he wants to slack off. Its a full time job. Ask Lebron, Jordan or any other great players. And he wants a max extension? Give me a break. Riley should trade him and anyone else that will get Miami young assets and draft picks and let the young players gain experience as they develop. I would rather watch a young mediocre team as it develops rather than aging mediocre team as it declines.
P.S. I was glad to see Ware get some more playing time. In 12 minutes he had 4 points, 4 rebounds, 1 steal, 1 block and one turnover. The next step is to play him against taller teams together with Bam. Hopefully, he gets some more playing time during the next two games against Toronto before the Heat starts a tough four game stretch against Boston, Lakers, Phoenix and Cleveland.

It seems like the only one carrying his weight right now is Herro. Most of the rest have regressed. A team can’t win if it is moving backwards. I think there should be a house cleaning after this season. We have plenty of young, hungry players in the pipeline to develop plus whatever assets/ draft picks we can get in trade or via free agency.
