Yup, Bam had 31 to Ware’s zero, but let’s get rid of Bam. Um, no. Ware and Jovic were bad tonight. If we had gotten anything from either one, we may have won. Ware was on the court a lot without Bam, so no excuse.
It seems Doncic will be back by the weekend. If he’s still gimpy, we can pull that out. I believe we can beat the Clippers.

ware no pts wow.hes a mystery rc i just dont see the want to be good.in him.against some of the bigger teams ware gonna need him .jovic again wow he hasnt really looked good this year yet.he does lots of things but nothing to good, jack of all trades master of none.those groin injuries are tricky rc not sure when powell will be avail but those injuries just lingersometimes so it depends how bad the groin is strained.

Ware played well in the past vs Wemby. Not today. You’re right, Jovic has done some good things so far – initiating the offense, passing. Has defended okay. But, overall, not enough. He has to improve soon or continue to lose minutes, especially when you look how well Simone and Pelle are doing. Simone looks taller than his 6’7”, plays decent defense, drives, rebounds. When everyone is healthy, the rotation might be something like Ware, Bam, Wiggins, Powell, Herro, Jaquez, Davion, Simone, Dru, Pelle, Jovic, Kaspar, Keshad. Unless there is a trade or relief from the league for Rozier. But, all this said, the team is so much more fun to watch than last season.

its fun when u win not when u lose.style of play means crapeola if your not winning.only difference i see is pushing pace more.gotta get our best player back in lineup.and i dont mean ty.need jjj to keep prodcuing like first 4 games looks like he had little bit of an off night.the biggest issue before season looked like bench but becuase of jjj and simone that has been a strength.but next 3 games against 3 tough west coast teams will tell us more about our team.

Wemby is a great player. SA has a very good defense. They are at home. Imagine when Fox comes back. Much to learn from this game.

Nothing to be ashamed of. We gave them a good fight. We need our two offensive stars back. Without them there is too much dependence on Bam and Wiggins. Simone stepped up but that was not enough tonite against a good team.
We learned a lot about our team tonite. Simone is for real. Nico is not. Ware can go on a walkabout. But, we have noone like him so we just have to hope he continues to grow. Our team is very close and a good team this year. We should see how Tyler does with this group. If he enhances it we could be good enough. But, more likely, we need someone else too. And the league owes us that.
I’m still very impressed as several players had just okay games like Davion and Jaime and we still can be very confident in their play as we have a good nucleus and the running style still seems like a smart tactic.
Go Heat, good effort tonite!

Okay, you promised you wouldn’t jump to conclusions. Ware and Jovic stunk tonight, but doesn’t mean they won’t be better next game.

I know you are right but I can’t help myself so please indulge me. When it turns out to be true, you can thank me later….
Ware yes. Jovic, I’m going to say no. I saw a play where he tried to drive and do a crossover dribble and come from the other side, but his handles were so poor he got stuck. Because of that, he has a lot of trouble penetrating. He’s also does a poor job rebounding, mostly doesn’t fight for the ball. He only makes his three at a good percentage when he has an open look. If there is any defensive pressure on him he usually misses. He’s just not good enough, too lanky, not high on the finesse or strength axii. He can play fairly well with the Europeans but not the NBA.
Ware is more complex. With him it’s effort. And even though he doesn’t always play hard, even at his worst, he always helps a little more than hurts. We have no one like him, giving us rim deterrence, and rebounding when noone else would get the ball. I still like him and think he will continue to improve but he’s not there yet, sort of plays well every other game.
We have a lot of good players, I don’t mind Jovic staying with us as I guess there is still a chance he improves. But, for now, he should be further down the rotation and we need another big in his place as an eighth or ninth man.

The Heat weren’t at their best, credit the Spurs defense. But man the free thrown disparity is pretty impressive. +12 free throws….cant lose the rebound battle, the turnover battle, and the free throw battle (though these refs had a rough night imo).

Bam’s been pretty great tonight, but 11 three’s is too many. I don’t care how wide open they are.

True. We could beat the Hornets without Powell but we may be one scorer short tonite and because of that we aren’t getting as good of looks.
But, it’s not over.
