team has more talent than record nobody gonna change my mind bad use of personnel by dumbot
happy easter to rc if u celebrate it
Same to you. Going to son’s house.
thanks is he a heat fan
Shockingly, he’s not much of a sports fan. Gym rat, runner. My daughter has become a big Canes and Dolphins fan in the last couple of years because her partner’s family is. They actually went to Madrid to see the game there.
why throw a lob like that with 36 secs left just dum
Trying to get his teammate involved.
crotty stfu with your sound effects there annoying
You’re stuck with him too.
and u2 lol
Yeah, but that’s mutual
ware is the closest thing to wemby in nba and jovic got majority of his minutes
bams more agile than kelel.kelels better rebounder shot blocker shooter
magic got franz wagner back
i was expecting more from dru offensively didnt happen
herro not needed repeat herro not needed
We’re not needed either, but here we are.
do u think herros an asset i dont.we got enough scoring 2 wayers only needed
He can be an asset on the right team. I don’t think he’s going to be here much longer one way or the other. The good news is you’ll still have Jovic to complain about incessantly.
Poor Vagi, he wanted Jovic to succeed so much. Everytime I start to say something about Jovic, I pull back a little to not be upsetting.
kelel more talented than bam just being spostrasized
Not really.
talent or spostrasized?
Overall talent goes to Bam. Failure to give regular minutes to Ware is on Spo.
just should have played ware more dumbot, maybe in the playin he’ll get his 35 mins no more whitesides
can somebody explain what happened to jjj last year
Yes, definitely. Some people gave up on him prematurely. That’s what happened.
the only difference maker for the youngens is ware and spobot played shnozic
kaspar to big for pg gonna have to be a 2 or 3
Nothing wrong with a good size pg. in fact, it can be a real advantage.
magic johnson and who else
Luka, both Balls (haha, sounds funny), Big O, Rose, Penny, Simmons.
ware 7 blocks guess spo gave him minutos
jovic airball from 2 ft shot it 1 foot
any 6 6 guy shooting 50% for the season averaging 16 pts is having an all star year 50% even wade very rarely shot that high %
i know its wash heat always play better w/o mr no d.
jjj needs to get votes for third team all star sf
sun man should apply for the wash gm .job
3pm game on saturday wtf.guess pat mickey want to watch final 4
I don’t get Spo’s reluctance to play Kaspar and Ware more often. This team isn’t winning a title. What’s another 10 minutes of Dru Smith going to do?
How much worse would they be if they played Ware 25-30 minutes?
Hell given the overall failures, I’d even say run Jovic. Simone, Powell, Wiggins won’t be on the team next time Miami is relevant, it’s possible the kids will be.
I agree, although Jovic is under contract for 4 years after this season. We know what Dru and Simone can do. We need to see more Ware, Kas, Keshad, Gardner, even Jovic in these last few games. And, depending on the score, it would be nice to give a little burn to our 2-way players.
4 years of shnoz seen enough
He is under contract so you’re going to have to deal with that
They are -2 in 1392 minutes with Ware this season, with a 116.6 defense/20th in the league in defense in his minutes
https://databallr.com/wowy/MIA/2026/2026/regular/high/wowy/1642276
It’s not a question of if he’s the future, it’s more a statement that Miami isn’t good, and building the best lineups we can has resulted in another 9/10 seed.
They would still be a 9/10 seed if Miami played Ware, Kasparas, and Jovic among other guys more than Simone, Powell and Wiggins. They are 10 games up on the 11th seed…
This was also a developmental season, the average age dropped by 2 years from last years team to this years. They got a good look at Ware and Jakucionas (+3 in 701 minutes). Jaquez had a major impact, he bounced back to his rookie year impact numbers and has had a 6MOTY worthy season. Larsson has emerged as a top 100 guy
Should have added also that Ware’s -2 in 1392 minutes is propped up by playing with Bam, in 980 minutes with Ware on and Bam off the Heat are -6.1, with a 112.6 offense and 118.7 defense, or #26 offense and #24 defense in those 980 minutes. This is the simple reason why Ware is not playing 30 minutes a game, his net rating numbers are the worst on the team
At this point, he’ll arrive at the end of his rookie contract disgruntled and looking for a place to land that will play him regularly and pay him what he’s worth.
He’s 7th on the team in minutes this year, has played 42% of the team’s minutes. And they lose in the minutes he plays, and lose by a huge margin (-6 per 100) in the minutes he plays without Bam. Think the expectations around Ware need to be majorly readjusted. The Heat including him in a trade this offseason would not be surprising, if other teams value his potential on offense
I never thought of that. Good point. They would probably be right where they are if they used the youngsters more.
The Wiz have no centers and no chance.
True, especially with their 2 centers out. But I really think that if AD and Trae come back healthy, plus the likelihood of the #1 pick in the draft along with some second round picks, they can be one of the up and coming teams next season.
Kas with some strong drives to the basket. At worst, he’ll be a solid backup. At his best? Not sure yet.
Yes, still uncertain. Unlikely he is going to have Hero’s level of offense, but could be as good a player with his other attributes.,
I know it’s the Wizards, but Ware with 10 points, 7 rebounds, in 10 minutes, but, yeah, let’s not give him minutes.
+5 blocks
Yes!
Heading to their fourth straight play-in and playing one of the worst teams in the league, the arena is NOT empty. If you get a couple of exciting rookies and a good vet signing, I think fans will show up.
Although it is empty here…
The attendance has been quite resilient. I think it’s earned and that’s hard to do in Miami. But, I do believe there will be some effect on attendance starting next year if things don’t get better..
I really think it depends on the makeup of the team. I know I’m the optimist but if they add some exciting new players and are reasonably competitive, I don’t think there will be a big hit on attendance.
Pelle is a beast!
Jaquez now officially has kept up his aggressive play for the entire season without breaking down. Someone thought he couldn’t sustain that.
Deserves 6moy.
Let’s go Heat!
