Me too. We are all healthy and that makes those guys move down the rotation. Makes us a stronger team. Going to be interesting- was this win a break thru or a one off, will we be a little tougher to beat going forward?. I just hope we can stay healthy because it matters so much.

I know, good point. And they were on a b2b. And, I think they miss Garland. So, I think we would give them a better fight than last year.
Still, I’d rather get the pick this year and I’m not changing on that position this time because I get excited by winning in the play-in. Last years beat down was a learning experience but not one that was good for anyone.
And, I disagree about no one scaring us in the East. I believe the Knicks, and the Celtics, and even Philly if they have Embiid, would blow us out similarly to last year.

I know. Harden is very off and on, has been for a few years. Some nights he makes every shot, and then he will go 3-14 the next.

Statman 2015 brings this forum a lot, just like everyone else. He has called a few surprise wins, like tonite. I thought we would win also, but my thoughts are just instincts. He has the insights that show what will likely happen.

Some of what he says about Ware is supported by the stats. I do agree with you that Ware needs to be in there regularly. But, there is no question Ware’s motor isn’t where he needs it to be to reach his potential.

Yes, great years, a lot of partying. Some of the prettiest girls you would ever see. I had a Cuban girlfriend, definitely a beauty, I don’t know how I got so lucky. But, most students had high sat’s and went to great colleges and became professionals.

I graduated in seventy. Each class had a saying associated with their year, quite off color. Like 69’s was, I’ll eat yours and you eat mine, senior senior 69. Our years was, Who are we, stoned and free, senior senior 70.
We had only around ten fights that I knew of my whole time in high school. One was particularly brutal though.

Take away his points, they lose the game. You don’t knock Mitchell as hard. Mitchell defends, doesn’t score much. Herro scores, doesn’t defend well . You need defense AND OFFENSE.
i knock mitch plenty rc.he never met a pass he didnt like.ill take d over o any day though.u got other scorers.if u cant guard you will be attacked all night.and if your not hitting your shots your really hurting your team,defense travels offense good one night bad the other.tys offense good defense horrible.me personally wouldnt play him with dudes u have like norm pelle better all round players.when herros been out over the years weve played our best ball late in the season.not good for the team.im not the only one who feels this way .

We can all find opinions that agree with our own. I have read both sides of the issue and know some feel as you do and some don’t.
True. And everyone gives up points. And Ty never scored twenty and gave up twenty, more like fifteen. There are moments when Ty gets bullied and a classic one occurred in the Spurs game. But, no question Ty has value. I still wouldn’t pay him much more than he gets and I’d still rather trade him for a two way SF. But, the idea that Herro and Powell can’t be used together got put to rest tonite. Just like Bam and Ware. Neither duo has to be used together always, but sometimes combining them is quite advantageous.

I think it’s fair to give us some credit here. And maybe hope for a little better results as long as we stay healthy. We had enough on this night to beat a pretty good team that was motivated.
It’s why I don’t buy into the idea that this team needs to blow it up. There is a good nucleus here. No stars, complimentary players. Pick well in the draft, add a player, and this will be one of the young rising teams.
Yes, but don’t lose Andrew or Norm if you’re going that route. If we get lucky with our picks, and make one good trade, that path could work. But, lose Norm or Andrew, might as well do some form of tank, unless we get Giannis. And, I do think someone will get Giannis this offseason. But, get him early or don’t waste our time as there is another path, the one you describe.
