Here is the official live stream of the event, where you could hear Udonis Haslem, Pat Riley, Ziaire Wade and Dwyane speak!

Wade’s state unveil is a culmination of pure excellence he brought to the city of Miami for two-plus decades on- and off-the-court.

Unanimously regarded as the greatest player in Miami Heat history, Wade averaged 22 points, 5.4 assists, 4.7 rebounds, 1.5 steals and 0.8 blocks on 48.0 percent shooting and 76.5 percent from the free-throw line over his illustrious 16-year career (15 with Heat). The former No. 5 pick in 2003 made 13 All-Star teams, in addition to being a three-time NBA champion (2006, 2012, 2013), eight-time All-NBA honoree, three-time All-Defensive team honoree, one-time scoring champion (2008-09; 30.2 points), 2006 NBA Finals MVP and a member of NBA’s 75th Anniversary Team.

Wade inspired and grew up with a generation of Heat fans in and out of the city of Miami. He’s the franchise’s all-time leader in scoring,a assists, steals, games and total field goals. Wade is also one of three players in NBA History to tally at least 20,000 career points, 5,000 assists, 4,000 rebounds, 1,500 steals, 800 blocks and 500 3-point makes.

He brought joy, competitiveness and gratitude to multiple generations of (basketball) fans that no Heat player could ever match. Now he’s forever enshrined in stone in front of his house.

Congrulations, Dwyane. But most of all: Thank you!

It’s the right moment, but the wrong face

Zac

I mean maybe i haven’t seen Dwyane Wade play in a Miami uniform for a while, but I’m fairly that this looks nothing like the Heat legend. Folks should be fired for this.

Manuelago

Agreed. A total disgrace to DWade, Heat Nation, and real sculptors and artists worldwide. The Heat organization should get a refund. In healthcare, it’s called malpractice.

InsuranceMan

Is this a joke
