Happy schedule announcement day, for those who celebrate!
For the second-straight season, the Miami Heat will open the 2025-26 season against the Orlando Magic. The game will be played inside Kia Center — formerly known as the Amway Center — in Orlando, Fla., at 7:00 p.m. EST on Oct. 22.
Here is the full 82-game slate.

The Miami Heat have played the Orlando Magic on opening night five times over the last nine seasons. They are 1-4 in those games, including a demonstrative 116-97 loss inside Kaseya Center last October.
The Magic were crushed by injuries a season ago. But they’re expected to be one of the best teams in the Eastern Conference — especially after trading for Desmond Bane in June. They also drafted guard Jase Richardson and signed point guard Tyus Jones.
Funny enough, the Heat will play Orlando twice in preseason, too. They can’t get away from them!
Miami’s home opener will be on Oct. 26 against the New York Knicks, who they will play three times across their first 14 games; 10 of its first 15 games will feature playoff teams from a season ago.
Tickets for all home games will be available on Friday.
