I told my partner I can’t wait for February 5 to come and go. I’m so sick and tired of all the rumors. On that date, I’ll know where we are at least until the end of the season, except for things like signing a released player, 10 day contracts, and, of course, the ongoing royal screwing of the team with the Rozier situation.
I love trade deadline day. My wife doesn’t give two shits about basketball, but knows about trade deadline day. If I can, I’ll even take the day off work.
I’m hoping the Heat make a big move at the deadline. They’ve been a play-in team for too long and I’m just not excited about them anymore.

We get excited when we win a few, but then get brought back to earth. Basically, we can beat ten teams pretty regularly, will mostly lose to the best ten, and against the middle teams, like this Orlando team, it’s a toss up.

Gardner, who has provided a spark whenever he gets minutes, gets zero minutes. As for Ware, maybe the hamstring is still an issue. If not, no excuse for him only getting 7 minutes.
